First Aid Kit inspections over November
As part of our annual checks, over November, we will be performing an inspection of each teams’ first aid kit to ensure they are fully replenished and contain all of the necessary items.
The following list is the minimum recommended items;
- 1 x Sterile bandage
- 1 x Blister plaster
- 1 x Foil blanket
- 1 x Gloves (1 pair)
- 1 x Microporous tape (roll)
- 1 x Low adherent dressing
- 1 x Triangular bandage
- Safety pins
- 2 x Alcohol free wipes
- 10 x Hypo-allergenic plasters
- 2 x Eye wash pod 20ml
- 1 x Pair of sharp/blunt scissors
- 1 x Emergency action plan
- 1 x Player medical information sheet (of all players)
A reminder that first aid kits are to be brought to every game and training session, regardless if you are the home or away team.
